Before you apply for your visa BME Global Ltd. will submit on your behalf a visa pre-approval request. You will need to provide the following:
1.  A copy of your passport identity page (Your passport must be valid for a period longer than 6 months after the date of departure from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
2.  Completed visa application form (contact Amir Hussein for a copy of the form).
The information you provide will be submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia in order to obtain a visa pre-approval number which is required for your visa application (this can take up to 2 weeks). Once it’s received, you will need to apply for a visa in your local Saudi Consulate directly

Please Note:
It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to take care of his/her visa requirements and allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Event organisers will not take any responsibility if the entry visa to Saudi Arabia is not granted.

The acceptance and/or the rejection of this visa request is under the authorities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia and/or your local Saudi Consulate. Please contact your local Saudi Consulate as soon as possible for visa requirements and application procedure.

Visa pre-approval requests will be submitted only upon receipt of full payment for your participation fees.
